- Carbon Offset the Customer Trips is possible with the Foundation Prince Albert II of Monaco.

- Prix d´Excellence 2011 - Green Signature issued by the Direction of Tourism in Monaco. Development with National Education in Monaco for an awareness program for children with local and quality food, program called 'Petits Chefs by Fairmont Monte Carlo', with the participation of renowned international Chiefs :
